The Wedding Management Package is for those couples that booked all of their vendors but want to make sure all those last-minute details and vision they worked hard putting together are in place and flawlessly setup properly.

LaDonna’s goal will be to confidently provide her couples with the tools to smoothly transition vendor information allowing couples to avoid the stress and anxiety of rehearsal dinner and day of wedding management.

Day of Coordination

Starting From $1800 with 50% deposit to reserve wedding date

  • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit (2 months out)

  • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics

  • Create and Management of Event Timeline (1 month out)

  • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors (1 month out)

  • Manage Wedding Day Schedule

  • Final Walk-Through with Venue

  • Event Day Management and Oversight

  • Delivery & Setup of all Personal Items

  • Creation of a Floor Plan for the Wedding Reception

  • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Wedding Day Vendors

  • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

Full Planning and Coordination Package is ideal for the couple who wants wedding planning service guidance from start to finish - meaning, our wedding professional team manages every aspect of the wedding day. The most important aspect is guiding you through capturing your wedding venue then ensuring every detail of your wedding is tailored and customized with you and your love in mind.

LaDonna will handle all vendor coordination, track your wedding budget, organize your timeline, setup website, and more. Below, you will find additional services included in our Full Planning and Coordination Package:

 

Starting from $4500 with 25% deposit to reserve wedding date.
